My research focuses on embedding outcome prediction models into radiotherapy optimization, especially machine learning models. I'm developing pyanno4rt, an open-source Python library for radiotherapy treatment plan optimization, and seamaze, an open-source Python library for classical and dynamical low-rank CMA-ES.
