Hi, I'm Tim. And I'm a researcher. A musician. A traveler who enjoys long-distance cycling tours as much as after-work runs.
My research focuses on embedding outcome prediction models into radiotherapy optimization, especially machine learning models. I'm developing pyanno4rt, an open-source Python package for radiotherapy treatment plan optimization.
Besides, I walk an eventful path in music as a songwriter, instrumentalist and producer. Cycling tours of several hundred kilometers and thousands of meters uphill have become one of my favorite vacation activities.
